Refund & Return Policy
Samples: Sample fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Returns: Due to the nature of customized B2B orders, returns are generally not accepted.
Defective Products: If goods are received defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof. We will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Shipping Damages: Any claims for shipping damage must be raised immediately with the delivery carrier and reported to us within 3 days.
