Fabric
We provide all kind of fabrics upon your request.
You must let us know what fabrics you would love to use on your beautiful designs. It would make the procedure easier if you could provide us with a design profile. It is fine if you only have a photo that can provide to us, but please let us know the features of the design. (e.g the fabric, for which season collections)

Size guide
Thefactoryexpress kindly remind you that it would be slightly different on Asian size, European size and U.S size. And here is size chats show below and hopefully this can help:

Customized item
Thefactoryexpress accepts the customization on the design.
  • Original design - make it 100% as your requirement unconditionally.
  • Fast fashion(provide us photos) - All requirements about the print are acceptable unconditionally
  • Fast fashion(provide us photos) - any changes on the pattern that we have, your order must reach a certain amount, depending on your designs.

Shipping method and cost

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the delivery address.
  • Standard delivery(Sea freight): it may takes up to 10-14 working days at least to deliver
  • Fast delivery(air freight): it may takes less than 10 working days to deliver
  • Premium delivery(door-to-door): We deliver straight to your door, and all you have to do, get yourself sitting comfortably and waiting for the courier to knock the door, and you do not have to worry about any customs issues.(Please ask in advance, we try to provide this service in every destinations, but due to some shipping restrictions on your address, Thefactoryexpress unable to provide this delivery method)

Payment and invoice

Payment method
Thefactoryexpress only takes bank transfer.(Currency dollar, euro and pound are acceptable)

Invoices
Making your purchase as an individual or as a business, we will ask you some information in order to generate the relevant invoice.

How to refund

Thefactoryexpress will refund you with the same payment method you used for the purchase.
  • The refunds policy only applies to faulty items that you have received
  • You will receive the amount in a maximum in 14 working days, depending on your banks
  • If you have not received the refund more than 14 working days, please email us your bank details(e.g business name appears on the card, account number and sort code), it will help you speed up the process.
